Who handles your information?
Hand Painted Cases is a Sidequest Foundry project. The data controller is Graham Copes. For questions about your information, email shoppingcopes@gmail.com.
What you send us
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, idea and selected designs. You can also choose to share case details, a budget band and a date. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond, discuss what is possible and take steps you request before agreeing any work. We also use enquiry totals and optional budget information to understand interest in this project. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Storage and services
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare also hosts the site and provides Turnstile to help prevent automated spam. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection for security checks. If email notifications are enabled, the enquiry is also sent to our inbox through our email provider, Resend.
Visits and enquiry journeys
When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits without advertising cookies. For the current browser tab, we keep the landing-page path, referring website and campaign labels in session storage, and include those with your enquiry. When enabled, we also count clicks on enquiry links by day and page, without visitor identifiers. We do not keep full referring URLs, use advertising trackers or collect form contents for analytics.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry information for three months from receipt. Graham Copes reviews and deletes this information manually.
Your choices
You can ask about the information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, or receive a copy of your data. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
